Established in 1928 by Billy Ritz,  Ritz Barbecue is a staple across the Lehigh Valley. Located on the parking lot of the Allentown Fairground Farmers Market, Ritz Barbecue is known for their delicious, homemade famous Barbecue Sandwiches. We have  over 40 flavors of ice cream to choose from, such  as Butter Brickle, Peanut Butter Oreo & Strawberry Cheesecake.
